What is the booking process?

Reach out to me via the Contact buttons on the website or directly on info@nnexmedia.com.

We will have an initial consultation either through email or by zoom, during which Alex will give you some information about himself and the business and we can decide on the best package for you.

Once we have agreed on a suitable wedding package - a contract will be sent out and once this is signed and the deposit is paid - you have us as your wedding photographers!

Leading up to the day - you will have access to Alex via WhatsApp in case you have any questions or further requests.

What is the deposit to secure the booking?

For our wedding packages, we require a 30% deposit to secure the bookings.

The balance is payable at any point up until 1 week before the wedding.

We do offer payment plans should this be more convenient for you. (Ask Alex and he will help you out!)

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in Essex and we are available to travel. No wedding is too far!

When will we get our photos?

We aim to deliver the photos in a secure online gallery within 6 weeks.
This may be slightly longer or shorter depending on how busy we are but we will keep you updated every step of the way.

How many pictures will we recieve?

We aim to provide a minimum of

Micro - 100 pictures
Half Day - 250 pictures
Full Day - 350 pictures
Deluxe - 450 pictures

Of course! We can customise any package so that it will be suitable for your needs.
